Thank you for choosing our services. These Terms and Conditions outline our policies regarding appointment bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and refunds. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

  • 1.1 Booking Process

    • Appointments can be made online through our website, or by phone.

    • All appointments are subject to availability.

    • A valid email address and phone number must be provided at the time of booking for confirmation and communication purposes.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked.

    1.2 Client Information

    • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information when booking an appointment.

    • Any changes to your contact information should be communicated to us as soon as possible.

    1.3 Payment Terms

    • Full payment is only required after sessions (as specified at the time of booking) or when invoiced.

    • We accept credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our booking platform.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

  • 2.1 Client Cancellations

    • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the service price.

    • Cancellations must be made through our online system, by phone, or by responding to your confirmation email.

    • We will send a cancellation confirmation once processed.

    2.2 Business Cancellations

    • In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, emergency situations, or technical issues.

    • In case of our cancellation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.

  • 3.1 Definition

    • A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice of cancellation.

    3.2 No-Show Fees

    • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

    • For prepaid appointments, no refund will be issued in the event of a no-show.

    • For appointments without prepayment, the no-show fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

    3.3 Multiple No-Shows

    • After two no-shows within a six-month period, we reserve the right to require full prepayment for all future appointments.

    • After three no-shows within a six-month period, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

  • 4.1 Client Tardiness

    • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, in case of a need to change into more appropriate attire, or thew use of toilet.

    • If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

    • The full service fee will still apply for shortened appointments due to late arrival.

    • Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show, subject to staff discretion and availability.

  • 5.1 Service Refunds

    • If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

    • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    5.2 Deposit Refunds

    • Deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • Deposits for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment within 7 days, at our discretion.

    5.3 Package/Prepaid Services

    • Refunds for unused prepaid packages or services may be subject to a processing fee of 20%.

    • No refunds will be issued for partially used packages or special promotional offers.

  • 6.1 Medical Emergencies

    • Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of medical emergencies with appropriate documentation.

    • Documentation must be provided within 7 days of the missed appointment.

    6.2 Inclement Weather

    • In case of severe weather conditions, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

    • We will make reasonable attempts to contact clients if our business must close due to inclement weather.

  • 7.1 Appointment Reminders

    • As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via email and/or text message.

    • Failure to receive a reminder does not invalidate the appointment or any applicable cancellation/no-show policies.

    • It is the client's responsibility to remember their appointment details.

  • 8.1 Updates to Policies

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

    • Updated policies will be posted on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be changed accordingly.

    • Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
